The NHS is facing the biggest challenge in its history because of the squeeze on its budget, says its new boss. In a speech on his first day as NHS England's chief executive, Simon Stevens, will say the health service is enduring the most sustained "budget crunch in its 66-year history". He will warn navigating the next few years will require a huge effort. And he will say only by "radically transforming services" will the NHS continue to thrive. www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-26821070"Radically transforming services " is news speak for cutting services. The cause of the problem? Cameron's cuts and a 10 million increase in patients caused by mass immigration. Not forgetting the fact that Asian and African immigrants have a much higher birth rate than we do and are causing a strain on hospitals and midwifery services.
