This isn't my recipe but I've tried it and it's delicious .. using a crock pot and a marinade infuser. I did get permission to share it.
While the recipe calls for Port Tenderloin, I'm told that is the same thing as Pork Filet in the U.K..
Large sized pork tenderloin Lea & Perrines worcestershire sauce Frank's hot sauce BBQ sauce of your choice
The night before, rinse off the tenderloin and pierce it a few time with a knife.
Then mix 4 parts worcestershire sauce to 1 part hot sauce. If you like yours hot add a little more Frank's.
Take a marinade infuser, fill it with the mix and inject it into the pork a few times. Put it in a large crock pot set on high and let it cook, lid on, for about 40 minutes. Then change the setting to low and let it cook all night. After 8 hours or so, by the next morning, it should be tender and done. Then, use a knife, a fork and clean hands to pull the meat apart and chunk it down as small as you want it. Add your favorite BBQ sauce to suit your taste and cook another hour or so.
Now it's ready to serve straight from the crock pot. It's the best I ever tasted and I've tried a lot of BBQ.
Ser it on noodles or rice or on toasty bread or buns with a little cole slaw on top for a fantastic sandwich. Serve with fruit salad and a cold drink. Yum!
